Overview

The needle siliconizing machine's main function is to siliconize the portion above the isolation plug of a steel needle.

Operation

A person manually places the loaded jig into the tooling. The tooling automatically completes the siliconization process by activating a pedal. After removing excess silicone oil, the jig is manually removed.
